To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your items needs to have the receipt or an order confirmation number as proof of purchase. Once we receive your items, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the refund within a certain number of days, depending on your payment issuer's policy.
The refund policy is excluded from custom pieces. All custom pieces are final sale and non refundable.

Benzie Gifts is not responsible for any delays or production backup due to unforeseen circumstances, vendor and or shipment delays. Most products, unless noted as custom pieces, require a 3-7 business days lead time upon order confirmation.
Free Shipping is included with our gift box purchases. A separate shipping and handling fee will be calculated for larger items such as furnishing and accents including white glove delivery and setup. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
